Zambia defeated Mozambique by 20 runs to remain unbeaten and top the points table on the final day of the ICC Africa World Cricket League Division 2 in Benoni, South Africa on Thursday.
Batting first, it scored 214-9 in 50 overs and successfully defended its total restricting Mozambique 194 all out with an over to spare.
In the other games of the day, Swaziland thrashed Malawi by a comfortable nine-wicket margin. Electing to bowl first, Swaziland restricted its opponents to just 69 all out in 20 overs and achieved its target in only 8.1 overs for the loss of one wicket. With this win, Swaziland finishes this tournament with three wins in five games while Malawi goes winless from the same number of matches.
In the final game, Ghana beat Sierra Leone by 65 runs.
