Shabnim Ismail and Sunette Loubser took five wickets between them to bowl out Zimbabwe for 59
Medium-pacer Shabnim Ismail took 4-13 as South Africa beat Zimbabwe by eight wickets in the Pepsi ICC Africa Women's World Cup Qualifiers at the Sir Ali Muslim Club on Thursday.
Zimbabwe opted to bat first and was bowled out for 59 in 27.2 overs. Leg-spinner Dan van Niekerk took 2-11 to back Ismail's efforts and Sunette Loubser bowled a spell of 7.2 overs picking 2-10.
In reply, South Africa won with ease, overhauling the modest target in just 10.2 overs for the loss of just two wickets. Opener Shandre Fritz top-scored with an unbeaten 26 to lead South Africa to an easy win.
