Four Kenyan batsmen will be attending the International Cricket Council (ICC) high-level performance training in Cape Town, South Africa, next month along with national team coach Eldine Baptiste ahead of the two ODIs against South Africa.
The top four right-handed batsmen, captain Maurice "Pagal" Ouma, Alex Obanda, Collins Obuya and Ragheb Aga will benefit from the training as they train alongside other players from the top six Associate nations - Ireland, Scotland, Netherlands, Afghanistan and Canada.
Cricket Kenya Chief Executive Officer, Tom Tikolo, said the ICC will organise a similar course for bowlers next year as part of its initiative to develop the game among its Associates.
