Namibia defeated Bermuda by 65 runs (Duckworth-Lewis method) in the only 50-over match played between the sides at Windhoek on Thursday.
Put on to bat, Namibia posted 268-6 anchored by Sarel Burger's 91 and Gerrie Snyman's 56. Justin Pitcher was the pick of the bowlers with figures of 3-45.
Rain affected play and Bermuda's target was readjusted to 277 runs from 48 overs.
However it collapsed to strict bowling pressure led by Christi Viljoen (4-45) and Louis van der Westhuizen (3-44) to be 88-6 at one stage. Irving Romaine then smashed a brilliant century for the ninth wicket but was not enough to save the match as Bermuda was dismissed for 211 all out in 44.5 overs.
